Our group decided to talk to Leni, Laura, Nubia, and Ari that go to Hurtwood. Leni is an A2 so that could bring up some problems especially because of the fact that A2 students can be only in one music video, and Leni is quite possibly going to be asked to audition for other groups. Then there is Laura and Nubia who suits the style and image we are going for, but we have to test them performing in front of a camera to see if their are confident enough to carry the performance. Our music video is based on one lead singer so that means that the person we cast will be on camera the whole time. with Ari, we are considering her because she is an amazing dancer and would be able to carry the song and that helps to make the video interesting through out.
I am communicating with Leni on a daily basis and checking up on here if she is still interested and trying to make her feel involved in the whole creative process, so that she feels confident in me and my group to film our music video well. I set a camera rehearsal test with her for Monday the 20th of September. I need to make sure she is confident while filming, and trusts me to make her look good and execute the shoot day well.
Pandora is supposed to speak with Nubia over the weekend and Lily is recording samples of Laura and Ari lip-syncing the song.
